Reporter of The Day - Science News

Over the past week Miss Nixey has been modelling how to correctly present the 'Reporter of the Day' oral language programme each morning. As Miss Lonsdale is our teacher on Thursdays, she modelled the 'Science News'. She half a cup of water, and added three teaspoons of baking soda. She then stirred this. She poured this into a drink bottle then added some white vinegar. She then quickly put a balloon on top of the drink bottle. The gas created by the mixture went up into the balloon and it inflated!
